About FoodyMaster

FoodyMaster is a free food utility platform built to make recipe costing easier to understand. Our first tool helps users calculate ingredient cost, portion cost, labor, packaging, allocated overhead and business pricing without requiring an account.

Why we built it

Recipe costs change with package sizes, supplier prices, waste, production time and portion size. FoodyMaster is designed to put those inputs into one transparent calculation instead of hiding the math behind a subscription or a complicated restaurant dashboard.

What the calculator does

• Calculates ingredient cost from the package you bought.
• Converts compatible measurement units.
• Uses finished batch weight and target portion weight to calculate portions.
• Optionally estimates labor and allocated monthly overhead.
• Calculates food cost, total cost, gross profit and gross margin when a selling price is entered.
